What is a good chemical or cleaning agent to use on the pontoons on a pontoon boat?

our department has all Zodiac rubber boats—-black rubber. SIMPLE GREEN with a scruge sponge–they are the scrubber sponges with the green pad on one side. Then simply rinse. If you have aluminum pontoons—this might work also. Simple green comes in commercial spray bottles—all natural—and works better than Fantastic.. NEVER use any chemicals on rubber or painted aluminum. As you did not say what you are trying to scrub off–algae is easy to remove with simple green. It removes mold and fungus as well as dirt. It will be work–but worth your time–and safer. Good to hear from you—did you get your name tag?? ANY base uniform shop makes them—I talked to 2 pilots and they got them on base–with their uniform order–the shops can make them on any base.

    I forgot the name of the stuff, but when we were in business we used a powerful acid, it would take years of crap off pontoons and you could see youself in the shine with no more than a simple application through a sprayer
