i have a 1993 20 hp johnson outboard, that smoke when it runs. is it the fuel ration it should be 6:1?

IT starts right up but white smoke pours out. The engine is running cool. After it runs the water is full of oil.
50:1 ratio …….. 8 oz of tcw 3 oil to 6 gal of fuel. You may want to replace your plugs since they will be fouled now!
