I need help in making the pulley system and what way would work best for my pontoon trailer, 24ft crank up

My son deleted your e-mail so I lost your Addy , but after looking at the pictures , it appears to me that you just need to beef it up a little , Add a larger cranking Assembly and some reinforcement to the supporting structure, don’t try to add more pulleys but rather replace the existing one with a heavier duty one
